All pieces are done by hand and custom made to order. Hand made goods are subject to slight imperfections. Handmade goods are never “perfect” in the way assembly-line products are. Small imperfections/differences in shape, size, and color can happen and are part of the charm of a handmade product. These “flaws” are not flaws but rather imperfections that make each piece unique and beautiful. They will never affect the overall aesthetic of the product and its ability for use as intended. As each order is custom made by hand and one of a kind, we make no promises on a timeline as we build to order in our shop. Some orders may take longer than others and we pledge to give you the highest quality possible.

All orders are final we offer no refunds as we are a small custom woodshop and sawmill.
All custom sawmilling must be paid in full upon pick up of all logs and timber.
Any and all lumber not picked up within one week of completion will be charged a storage and handling fee of $40.00 per day. After 90 days all lumber will be considered abandoned property and will be forfeited.
